Instructions:
- 1. Mix the sugars, peanut butter, veg oil, butter, and egg in a large bowl. Once they are combines stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until stiff
- 2. Heat oven to 375 F
- 3. Shape the chilled dough into one inch to one and a quarter inch balls; place them about 3inches apart on an ungreased pan.
- 4. Flatten the balls in a criss-cross pattern with a fork dipped in sugar
- 5. Bake 9-10 mins or until light brown, let cool and enjoy!
*If you're out of butter you can double the oil!*
