Instructions:
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over meium-high heat, meanwhile peel and mince the garlic
- 2. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring often for 1-2mins, it will get light light brown fast, dont let it get dark!
- 3. Stir in the chicken stock, milk, butter, and noodles (Frozen veg too if desired at this point) season with the salt/peper/onion powder
- 4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stir occasionally until the pasta is cooked through, about 15-20mins
- 5. Stir in the Parm; add milk 1tbs at a time if the mix needs a bit more moisture.
- 6. If wanted, at this point top with grilled chicken and garnish with more shredded parm or parsley.
*For a fuller meal 1-2c. frozen veggies, grilled chicken breast-but this also goes well with pork chops or spinach!*
