Instructions:
- 1. Prepare the egg noodles as directed on their package
- 2. Cook the ground beef and drain it, add in chopped garlic and onion(These can be replaced with about 1/2 tbs onion powder and garlic powder, or to taste)
- 3. After the garlic and onion have cooked for one or 2 minutes add in the mushroom soup and let it cook about 8-10 minutes, for the soup to heat up and absorb the onion and galic
- 5. Comine the soup and noodles,sour cream, and shredded cheese. Add pepper and any other seasonings to taste.
** I've added ranch poder to this, which is an easy seasoning that's pretty good! You can also add milk to make it more soup like, or beef boulion stock. You can also add spinach! Feel free to experiement and make it your own
