About the Site
This website's a bit of a coding experiment, and a place for me to share recipes, gardening tips, things to watch and things to read! I made a few template websites growing up(from like age 10-13) but over time passwords were lost, sites were deleted or forgotten, and as I got older I inevitable got swept up and stuck in social media. I've since deleted my socials but still wanted a way to share things with people who may be interested, which landed me here!
About me
I'm an aspiring game dev who loves watching anime, tv, and movies. I play DnD sometimes whrn I have friends, and love playing Borderlands. I actually hadn't even played video games really until I was in my early 20s because old games weren't very accessiblilty friendly, and I used to get huge migraines from playing, ones that would knock me out for entire days just after playing for half an hour(if I was lucky). I paint and draw, do photography, bake, cook and read. I have cats that I spoil, and I hate hiking.
My biggeest inspirations are movies and music videos from the 80s and 90s, when digitasl media was pretty new and computer devs and artists were getting funky and experimental. I loved the geometric shapes and neon colors, and I'm a huge fan of the Frutiger Aero movement in retrospect. I was not a big fan in the moment lol. I'm probably also influenced by my love of weird lil guys, like 90s troll dolls and furbies, and Funkeys.
Bits and Bobs
I collect rubber ducks and read an insane amount of webtoons and manga, but I won't be listing those with the book recs because they would be like 80 percent of the list at this point. I have ADHD so certain parts of this site may seem a bit jumbled or unrelated, just vibe with it. At some point I'll be making a second site to showcase my art and make progress updates on a game I'm working on, and that will be linked here for curious visiters.
